The Team
Mac is the founder of Fey Day. He started his career in the recruitment industry, followed by a start-up and then a tech firm. Along the way, he built a six figure e-commerce business (sold it subsequently) and worked in an aggregator to originate deals (buy side). During his spare time, he enjoys backpacking, reading, hiking, daydreaming and watching movies.

CK joined Fey Day as a business broker, has over 25 years of experience across multiple industry verticals in the Asia Pacific region, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Logistics and Professional Services. He has worked with blue chip organisations across Asia Pacific and involved in many acquisitions and start-ups.
Previously, CK served as the CFO of a Fortune 500 Company, leading finance teams across the Asia Pacific. CK’s career also includes regional and global leadership roles in global logistics firm and a Big 4 public accounting firm.
CK is a member of Chartered Accountant (CA) Singapore. CK holds an Executive EMBA from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, an Executive Diploma in Directorship from Singapore Management University, and Advanced Diploma in IT.
Ming Jian joined Fey Day as a M&A Analyst, bringing 2.5 years of corporate finance expertise. He previously served as Vice President at a corporate finance firm, managing due diligence, financial modelling, and investor relations for IPO transactions.
His prior roles include investment analyst at a family office, where he researched and evaluated investment opportunities. As in-house corporate finance executive, he supported strategic financial initiatives.
As part of Fey Day, he drive impactful deals and contributes to the firm's strategic growth. During his spare time, he enjoys reading non-fictional books and running. The longest distance he has ran is 100km in 17+ hours.
Asha joined Fey Day on July 2024 and she is a beloved member of the team. She oversees office administration whenever she is awake.
During peak session, she will meow and encourages the team on. She works hard to pay for her rental and food. Whenever the team closes any deal, she will earn her treats.
